  • 1 lb Italian sausage sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups baby potatoes halved
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper sliced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced sausage, broccoli, baby potatoes, and bell peppers.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Cooking
  1. Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the sausage is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  3. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
