Ingredients
  

Mushrooms
  • 1 pound Oyster Mushrooms Cleaned and trimmed
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For sautéing
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley Chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Mushrooms
  1. Clean the oyster mushrooms by wiping them with a damp cloth and trim the ends.
Sauté the Mushrooms
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the oyster mushrooms to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown and tender.
Serve
  1. Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm.
