Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Rinse the quinoa under cold water for about 2 minutes to remove bitterness.
  2. Combine rinsed quinoa and water in the Instant Pot using a 1:1 ratio.
  3. Seal the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure. Cook for 1 minute, then allow natural pressure release for 10 minutes.
  4. Fluff the quinoa with a fork after releasing any remaining pressure.
