Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the angel food cake mix, crushed pineapple, and pineapple juice.
- Gently fold the ingredients together until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a 9-inch round cake pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the cake is golden and springs back when touched.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
