Ingredients
  

Peach Puree
  • 4 medium ripe peaches peeled and pitted
  • 1 tablespoon sugar optional, adjust based on sweetness of peaches
Cocktail
  • 1 bottle Prosecco chilled

Method
 

Prepare Peach Puree
  1. In a blender, combine the peeled and pitted peaches with sugar (if using). Blend until smooth.
Assemble Cocktail
  1. Strain the peach puree into a large pitcher to remove any pulp.
  2. Slowly pour in the chilled Prosecco and gently stir to combine.
  3. Pour the mixture into champagne flutes and serve immediately.
