Method
 

Prepare the Moon Milk
  1. In a saucepan, combine the milk, honey, turmeric, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and black pepper.
  2. Heat the mixture over medium heat, whisking until well combined and warmed through, about 5 minutes.
