Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare a baking dish by drizzling it with olive oil.
  3. Add a block of feta cheese in the center of the dish. Surround it with diced tomatoes.
  4. Season the mixture with dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
  2. Crack eggs gently over the baked feta and vegetables.
  3. Return to the oven for an additional 10-12 minutes until the eggs are set but still slightly runny in the yolks.
Serving
  1. Optional: Sprinkle fresh parsley or basil on top before serving.
