Ingredients
  

For the Cream Mixture
  • 8 oz Mascarpone cheese a rich, creamy base
  • 1 cup Heavy cream whipped to soft peaks
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar adds sweetness
  • 2 tbsp Matcha powder provides vibrant color and flavor
For the Coffee Layer
  • 1 cup Brewed espresso strong coffee for bold flavor
  • 2 tbsp Coffee liqueur optional, enhances flavor
For Assembly
  • 24 pieces Ladyfinger cookies sponge-like delights
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa powder for dusting on top

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, whisk together matcha powder and hot water until smooth and vibrant green.
  2. In another bowl, beat mascarpone cheese with sugar and vanilla extract until creamy and well-combined.
  3. Using a hand mixer, whip heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
  5. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the matcha mixture and arrange them at the bottom of your serving dish.
  6. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the soaked ladyfingers evenly.
  7. Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture on top.
  8. Cover your dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  9. Just before serving, dust the top generously with matcha powder.
