Method
Prepare the Mango Puree
- In a mixing bowl, blend the diced mangoes until smooth.
Make the Mousse
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and sugar until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the mango puree and lime juice into the whipped cream.
- Add the dissolved gelatin and mix until combined.
Chill and Serve
- Spoon the mousse into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with mint leaves.
