Ingredients
  

Marinade
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Chicken
  • 4 pieces chicken breasts boneless, skinless

Method
 

Marinate the Chicken
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, lime juice, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
Cook the Chicken
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  3. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
