Prepare the Beef Filling
- In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Drain excess fat, then add garlic, ginger, bell pepper, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in green onions just before removing from heat.
Assemble the Wraps
- Take a lettuce leaf and spoon a portion of the beef filling into the center.
- Top with shredded carrots, sliced cucumber, and fresh cilantro.
- Wrap the lettuce around the filling and enjoy!
