Method
Prepare the Marinade
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, black pepper, and salt until well combined.
Marinate the Chicken
- Place the chicken thighs in a Ziploc bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for best flavor.
Grill the Chicken
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill the chicken thighs skin-side down for about 6-7 minutes, then flip and grill for another 6-7 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Serve
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy your grilled chicken thighs!
