Marinade
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce low sodium preferred
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Chicken
  • 4 pieces chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on for best flavor

Method

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, black pepper, and salt until well combined.
Marinate the Chicken
  1. Place the chicken thighs in a Ziploc bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for best flavor.
Grill the Chicken

Serve
  1. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy your grilled chicken thighs!
