Grilled Cheese Sandwich

A classic grilled cheese sandwich made with perfectly toasted bread and melted cheese.

Ingredients
  

Bread
  • 8 slices Bread White or whole grain
Cheese
  • 8 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices Mozzarella cheese Optional for extra meltiness
Butter
  • 4 tablespoons Butter Softened for spreading

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Place a slice of cheese between two slices of bread, buttered sides out.
Cooking
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Flip the sandwich and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about another 3-4 minutes.
