  • 1 lb large raw shrimp fresh or frozen
  • 4-5 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
For the Seasoning
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
For Serving
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley for garnish
  • 1 loaf crusty bread to serve

Preparation
  1. Start by gathering fresh shrimp, garlic, and olive oil. Peel and devein the shrimp.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, heat about 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  3. Gently place the shrimp in the pan in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
  4. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir gently to combine.
  5. Just before serving, toss in chopped parsley for freshness.
