Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp
  • 1 lb Fresh shrimp large, deveined
  • 4-5 cloves Garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil for sautéing
For the Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Red pepper flakes to taste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice fresh
  • 2 tbsp Parsley leaves chopped for garnish
Optional Add-ins
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup White wine for deglazing

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare the shrimp by rinsing them under cold water and patting them dry with paper towels.
  2. Chop the garlic finely, releasing its fragrant oils.
Cooking
  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Let it warm for about 2 minutes.
  2. Add the shrimp to the pan in a single layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and opaque.
  3. Stir in the chopped garlic and cook for an additional minute or until fragrant.
  4. Finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and a sprinkle of salt and pepper to taste.
