Ingredients
  

For the Halibut
  • 4 fillets Halibut fresh or thawed
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
For the Crust
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Prepare the halibut fillets by patting them dry with a paper towel.
  3. Mix together the garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and melted butter in a bowl.
  4. Coat each halibut fillet generously with the garlic Parmesan mixture.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the crust is golden brown.
