- In a skillet over medium heat, heat the oil. Add the diced chicken, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Stir and cook over medium-high heat until the chicken is completely cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. Add the butter and garlic then cook for 30 seconds on medium-low heat. Add in the honey, bbq sauce and apple cider vinegar.
- Add the cooked chicken back into the skillet and stir the coated chicken in the sauce.
- Toast the tortillas on another skillet until crisp then add the chicken to it along with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
