Ingredients
  

Pasta Salad
  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 4 large hard-boiled eggs peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup celery diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup dill pickles chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp mustard yellow or Dijon
  • 1/2 tsp paprika for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Pasta
  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
Mix the Ingredients
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped hard-boiled eggs, celery, red onion, and dill pickles.
  2. Add the cooled macaroni to the bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta and mix gently until well combined.
Serve
  1. Transfer the pasta salad to a serving dish and sprinkle with paprika for garnish. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
