Cooking Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Pour the salsa over the chicken.
- Add the black beans, corn, and taco seasoning on top.
- Pour the chicken broth over all the ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and shreds easily.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix everything together.
- Serve in tacos, burritos, or over rice as desired.
