Ingredients
  

Chicken Thighs
  • 4 pieces bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
Vegetables
  • 1 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1 cup potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
Liquid
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season the chicken thighs with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  2. Chop the carrots, potatoes, and onion.
Cooking
  1. Place the chopped vegetables at the bottom of the crock pot.
  2. Add the seasoned chicken thighs on top of the vegetables.
  3. Pour the chicken broth and soy sauce over the chicken and vegetables.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
Serving
  1. Serve the chicken thighs with the vegetables and spoon some of the broth over the top.
