Preparation
- Season the chicken thighs with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Chop the carrots, potatoes, and onion.
Cooking
- Place the chopped vegetables at the bottom of the crock pot.
- Add the seasoned chicken thighs on top of the vegetables.
- Pour the chicken broth and soy sauce over the chicken and vegetables.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
Serving
- Serve the chicken thighs with the vegetables and spoon some of the broth over the top.
