Ingredients
  

Crust Ingredients
  • 2 cups Ground Chicken Use finely ground chicken
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese For a cheesy flavor
  • 1 large Egg Acts as a binder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder For flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning For flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken Mixture
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Form the Crust
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the chicken mixture onto the parchment paper, shaping it into a round crust about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and cooked through.
Finish and Serve
  1. Remove the crust from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  2. Add your favorite pizza toppings and return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until the toppings are cooked.
  3. Slice and serve hot.
