Ingredients
  

Shrimp
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
Cajun Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning store-bought or homemade
Vegetables
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for cooking
  • 1 medium bell pepper, diced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
  • 1 lemon lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

Cook Shrimp
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced onion and bell pepper, sauté until softened.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp and Cajun seasoning to the skillet. Cook until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-5 minutes.
Serve
  1. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with lemon wedges.
