  • 4 cups cabbage shredded
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes 14.5 oz
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Cover the skillet and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary before serving.
