  • 6 large Eggs for scrambled eggs
  • 1 cup Milk for scrambled eggs
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 lb Breakfast Sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 1 loaf French Bread for French toast
  • 4 large Bananas sliced for topping
Sweet Dishes
  • 1 cup Maple Syrup for serving
  • 1 cup Berries mixed, for topping
  • 1 tbsp Powdered Sugar for garnish
Beverages
  • 4 cups Coffee brewed
  • 4 cups Orange Juice

Method
 

Prepare the Savory Dishes
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Stir in cheddar cheese and cooked sausage.
  2. Pour the egg mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until set.
Prepare the French Toast
  1. Slice the French bread into thick slices. Dip each slice into a mixture of eggs and milk, then cook on a skillet until golden brown on both sides.
  2. Serve with sliced bananas, berries, and maple syrup.
Serve the Buffet
  1. Arrange the scrambled eggs, French toast, and toppings on serving platters. Set up coffee and orange juice on the side.
  2. Garnish with powdered sugar and enjoy!
