Marinate the Chicken
- In a mixing bowl, combine BBQ sauce, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.
Grill the Chicken
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- During the last few minutes of cooking, brush additional BBQ sauce on the chicken for extra flavor.
