Ingredients

Chicken Thighs
  • 4 pieces bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
BBQ Marinade
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce your favorite brand
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method

Marinate the Chicken
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine BBQ sauce, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.
Grill the Chicken
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  3. During the last few minutes of cooking, brush additional BBQ sauce on the chicken for extra flavor.
Serve
  1. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  2. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
