Ingredients
  

Chicken Legs
  • 4 pieces chicken legs skin-on, bone-in
BBQ Sauce
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce your favorite brand
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Pat the chicken legs dry with paper towels and rub the seasoning mixture all over them.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned chicken legs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove the chicken from the oven and brush BBQ sauce generously over each leg.
  4. Return the chicken to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Serving
  1. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  2. Serve with additional BBQ sauce on the side if desired.
