  2. Mix base ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine 1/2 cup of mayonnaise and 1/4 cup of sweet chili sauce. Stir until creamy and well-blended.
  3. Add heat: Carefully add 1-2 tablespoons of Sriracha to the mix, adjusting according to your spice preference.
  4. Finish with lime: Squeeze in the juice from half a lime, stirring well to brighten up the sauce.
  5. Taste test: Taste your creation and adjust with more sweet chili sauce or Sriracha if desired.
  6. Chill and serve: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
